NJ Woman Arrested for Prostitution at Valley Stream Spa

Two New Jersey women were arrested in Valley Stream Tuesday for allegedly giving undercover officers an unlicensed massage, and one of the women offered to perform a sexual act for money, according to police.

At 1 p.m. on Monday, an undercover detective received a massage from Kimberly Bailey, 54, of Pallisades Park, who is unlicensed, at Body Concepts at 38 Railroad Ave. Police said that Bailey then offered to perform a sexual act for an additional amount of money.

On Tuesday at 12:30 p.m., undercover detectives returned to Body Concepts and again received an unlicensed massage from Bailey. Bailey again allegedly offered to perform a sexual act for an additional amount of money.

Again on Tuesday, another undercover detective received an unlicensed message from Seon Kim, 56, also of Pallisades Park.

Both Bailey and Kim were placed under arrest.

Bailey is charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a crime and two counts of prostitution. Kim is charged with unauthorized practice of a crime.
