This week annual concert was something to remember at Cedarhurst. Children and adults filled Andrew J. Parise Park to watch two amazing shows sponsored by Gourmet Glatt. The first act was the very talented and amazing acrobatic twins know as “The Twins From France”. Even though one of the brothers was unable to attend, this did not stop the other brother Yisroel performance. His comedic routine had the audience on the edge of their seats, including a few lucky ones that got to participate. Yisroel highflying, unicycle riding, balloon popping was an amazing opening for the very young and talented Yoni Ziegelbaum.

Children surrounded the gazebo while Yoni Ziegelbaum put on an outstanding performance with Mayer Erps on Drums, Yanky Katina and Tuvia Greenberg on guitar, and Pesachya Septiness on Keys. His versatile choice of music, ranging from rap, alternative, and pop was an incredible selection to the concert. His energetic performance and powerful voice had the crowd on their feet. Some of the audience members were even saying this was the best show they have seen.

While the concert was taken place the 4th Precinct including Sgt Leslie Moulds, Officer Kohlmier, Officer Denise Robbert with her canine Finn and Officer Pat Pierson and his horse Simenon, educated the audience about “Night Out Against Crime”. This program is dedicated to promote involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships, neighborhood camaraderie, and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. More importantly the kids were more interested in Simenon the Horse and Finn the dog.
