JASA's Caregiver Conference Teaches Caregivers New Ways to Care for Seniors and Veterans

Nov 1, 2013 - JASA (Jewish Association of Serving the Aging) organized a unique one-day conference called “Untangling the Web of Managed Care: A Conference for Caregivers and Professionals Working with Caregivers”.

With around 70 in attendance, the special event was a comprehensive series of lectures, panel discussions, and educative presentations that provided the necessary tools and resources for caregivers to improve on many aspects of their profession, including financial planning, stress management, and of course – care for their patients.

JASA's programs and services improve the lives of more than 53,000 older adults each year. This event was no different; the conference was a success in helping caregivers and caregiving professionals caring for seniors, veterans, and other patients.
