Santino, Ahmad bring Mobile Town Hall into Woodmere; Assist Five Towns residents with concerns, Child ID & Passport services

Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino and Town Clerk Nasrin G. Ahmad brought the Town of Hempstead Mobile Town Hall vehicle into the Five Towns this past Sunday, setting up shop for half the day at Parking Field #4 located on Cedar Lane in Woodmere.
The one-stop-shop allowed Councilman Santino and Town Clerk Ahmad to meet one-on-one with residents and help them with concerns.  Town passport and Child ID services, in addition to the Animal Shelter, were offered.

Santino met one-on-one with several neighbors who sought to discuss matters with their town councilman, discussing a variety of topics including the town's tax cut budget which levies less money in taxes than last year, its top-notch Triple A bond rating and continued recovery from Hurricane Sandy.

Pictured are Councilman Santino and Town Clerk Ahmad with the Grossman & Simon families of Woodmere who participated in the Child ID program.
