The Five Towns Kiwanis Club helped out the victims of Superstorm Sandy by donating $2,000 of much needed supplies. Past distinguished lieutenant governors Danny Ditkowitch and Dr. Freddy Seltzer purchased the supplies from Costco and delivered them to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Inwood.

The best kept secret in the Five Towns! For more than 60 years the Five Towns Club has been helping the community through it's generosity. The Club provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors at Lawrence, Hewlett and Lynbrook High Schools as well as assistance to the needy and the young. Distinguished Past Lt. Governors Seltzer and Ditkowich have each been Kiwanians for nearly 20 years. This donation is only one of dozens of projects they they have worked on together. The Club is actively seeking new members to carry out it's wonderful deeds. Please contact President Vince Geraci @ vag627@aol.com for membership info.
