Woodmere Resident Unknowingly Saved by Neighbor

Two years after Woodmere resident Terry Kornbluth received a life-saving bone marrow transplant, he finally met the person who saved his life.

“As unlikely as it was, my match lived a half-mile from me in Woodmere,” Kornbluth told the Herald. “She is the nicest, kindest 22-year-old who is mature beyond her years. Her primary goal in life was to make sure I was healthy.”
