The work of award-winning painter Lisa L. Cangemi, of Cedarhurst, will be featured at the Woodmere during the month of June.
Cangemi has won over a dozen painting awards from New York art leagues, and her art direction work garnered her more than four dozen national-design industry awards. She established a graphic design business, C&C Graphic Design, in 1985.
Ali Berman, the Woodmere center’s art director, describes Cangemi’s work as “representational, acrylic paint on canvas.”
