Cedarhurst Sidewalk Sale Starts Wednesday

The three-day Cedarhurst summer Sidewalk Sale, one of Long Island’s most popular sales events, starts this Wednesday.

Last year, thousands of visitors came to Cedarhurst’s famous Sidewalk Sale event, filled with upscale merchandise at bargain prices and great food in the quaint 100-year-old village. 

Cedarhurst is home to over 300 businesses, including restaurants, clothing and accessory boutiques, housewares and furniture stores, art galleries, nail and hair salons, spas, gift shops, and more.

"Stroll the historic streets, check out the great deals from some of your favorite stores, enjoy the culinary treats, and shop to your heart’s content!," the BID says in the release. "With over 80 shops and restaurants participating, it will be more like a party than a sale."

Stores will be discounting their merchandise inside and out, so don’t worry if it rains.

As an added bonus, the BID is giving away a to one lucky winner. Simply fill out a raffle ticket and place it in a ballot box available at participating stores during the Sidewalk Sale.  

Sidewalk Sale Hours are:

• Wednesday, Aug. 1 — 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug 2 — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday Aug. 3 — 10 a.m. to closing
