This Election Day will set the course of Nassau County for the next four years.
Tom Suozzi, who served as county executive from 2002 to 2009 when he was defeated in an upset by now-County Executive Edward Mangano, has entered the fray to get his old job back.
Meanwhile, voters will also choose their Nassau representatives and determine the makeup of the legislature, which has been controlled by the Republicans for years.
Formerly only represented by Legislator Howard Kopel (R-Lawrence), the Five Towns will now have four legislators in Mineola. Find out what district you live in and where you can vote by clicking here.
