Lawrence Music Parent Organization Hosts First Annual Fundraising Dinner

Support the Lawrence HS Disney Trip. Come to MPO's 1st Annual Fundraising Dinner on 2/21/13 @ 7p.m., Imperial Room, Inwood.

The Lawrence Music Parent Organization (MPO) will be hosting its first annual Disney Performance Trip fundraising dinner on Thursday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. at The Imperial Room in Inwood.

We will be honoring the Mazzitelli Family for their continuous and unyielding support of our arts in education programs in the district, and we will be celebrating all of the community efforts following Hurricane Sandy. One hundred percent of MPO profits go toward the biannual Disney Performance Trip, scheduled for March 14 to 17.

Donation to attend dinner is $40 per person and includes salad, baked chicken, penne a la vodka, veggies, rolls, soft drinks/coffee/tea and a Viennese table of homemade/bakery bought desserts. Mandatory RSVP to lawrence.mpo@gmail.com by Feb. 13. Please make checks payable to "MPO" and send to Pam Gallopini at Lawrence Middle School, 195 Broadway, Lawrence, NY 11559. Additional donations gratefully accepted.

We will have musical performances by some of the Lawrence HS music groups, some guest speakers, a "Chinese Auction,"  and our jetBlue raffle drawing for a pair of round trip tickets anywhere that jetBlue services will be held. If you cannot come but would like to donate, please do. We need your support desperately.

Any questions, you can ask me or call Pam Gallopini, our District Music Coordinator, directly at (516) 295-7084. Thank you for your support!

We need to raise at least $6K for meal tickets for the student performers!
