Pancake's for Parkinson's--Event Design Contest

This year, in an effort to keep the children more involved with our fundraiser, we have decided to hold a contest.   We are looking for a child in grades K-12 to create a design, logo or graphic that we can use to represent our event, “Pancakes for Parkinson’s”.

The winner will be announced at the fundraiser on November 13th.  There will be a $50 prize awarded to the winning artist and their signed design/graphic/logo will be printed on t-shirts that will be sold at the fundraiser.  

All of the submitted designs will be proudly displayed at the event.

 The rules are simple:

1. Create a 1-2 color design.  Please use an 8 ½ x 11 piece of white paper.

2.  Feature the event name:   “Pancakes for Parkinson’s”. 

3.  Sign your design.

4.  Send your design to us:  Epstein Family, 925 Monroe Lane, Hewlett Neck, NY  11598. Designs may also be scanned and emailed to Psychosyd@aol.com.  Please include your child’s name, age, address & phone #.

5.  Designs must be received by October 27, 2011. 

All designs that are submitted will be judged by a local panel of 3.
