The village of Cedarhurst will host a Sept. 11 memorial on Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Cedarhurst Park.
Local members of the police department, fire departments and clergy will attend. Families of local 9/11 victims will be present as well.
Mayor Andrew Parise will be presiding the event, and residents are asked to come out and support it.
