- 26 Larch Hill Rd., Lawrence — This seven-bedroom colonial with five and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 15 for $1,500,000.
- 1177 Harbor Rd., Hewlett Harbor — This four-bedroom ranch with three and a half bathrooms was sold on Nov. 15 for $1,550,000.
- 1265 Veeder Dr., Hewlett Bay Park — This six-bedroom expanded ranch with eight bathrooms was sold on Oct. 19 for $1,664,000.
- 1920 Bay Blvd., Atlantic Beach — This five-bedroom raised ranch with four bathrooms was sold on Feb. 23 for $1,700,000.
- 179 Meadowview Ave., Hewlett Bay Park — This six-bedroom colonial with six and a half bathrooms was sold on Sept. 6 for $2,150,000.
- 1100 Seawane Dr., Hewlett Harbor — This six-bedroom colonial with five and a half bathrooms was sold on May 1 for $2,200,000.
- 1345 Paine Rd., Hewlett Bay Park — This six-bedroom colonial with four and a half bathrooms was sold on June 25 for $2,650,000.
- 1890 Bay Blvd., Atlantic Beach — This three-bedroom expanded ranch with three and a half bathrooms was sold on Oct. 11 for $2,775,000.
- 30 Heron Dr., Hewlett Bay Park — This five-bedroom expanded ranch with seven and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 24 for $4,750,000
