Preparing your fiscal house is one important thing to do as you consider purchasing real estate. Another important consideration is to understand the areas you are considering. Pictures from afar, articles about the area are all good tools but knowing exactly what’s going on, what’s around the block, and what can I expect are the next levels of knowledge you need to acquire.

I am doing my best to educate folks about our area, is it time now to make a visit and really understand the specifics?

My offer still stands……… during the week, when it’s quiet and peaceful, take a day and visit us. Spend a part of the day at the farm stands, check out the beaches, have a nice lunch at one of the many places available, and spend the rest at one of our offices and see me.

I will entertain and educate you on the market, show you some of the inventory available on the computer, and then if we have planned in advance check out one or two homes just to get your feet wet! No sales pitch, 100% an education experience…..where it goes from our first meeting will be your choice.

To those of you who have already experienced that first meeting, you are welcome to come back. This time we may find that elusive house that we have been searching for, or in some cases we may find that step up house you were hoping to buy at a ridiculous price last year.
