Sylvia L. Cohen, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., died on June 9. She was 92.
She is survived by children Dr. Ira Cohen and David Cohen and grandchildren Lawrence, Louis, Linda, Ron, Hayden, Josh, Aubrie, Jenna Lucas and Charlotte.
The family has requested donations be sent to in Cedarhurst.

Services were held on Sunday at in Hewlett.
The shiva will be held at the residence of David and Madeleine Cohen in North Woodmere through Thursday.
