Breaking: Boy Struck by Car in Inwood

His condition is not known at this time.

A boy on a bicycle was struck on Tuesday by an SUV on Davis Avenue off of Sheridan Boulevard in Inwood, according to officials and witnesses.

The incident occurred sometime around 1 or 2 p.m. The condition of the boy is unknown at the time, but according to officers on the scene, he was transported to a hospital.

The bicycle was still on the street, lying directly in front of the bumper of a gray Toyota 4Runner.
