Three subjects are at large after they robbed a Hewlett pharmacy Wednesday night, according to Nassau County Police.

Cops said that a man and a woman distracted two employees while a second man jumped over the pharmaceutical counter and took non-prescription items. A security gate protected all prescription medications.

A male employee tried to stop the trio as they attempted to flee and he was thrown to the ground, police reported. The three took off in an unknown direction.
