Cops are searching for a man that robbed a Valley Stream nail salon on Friday, according to Nassau County Police.
Detectives said a man held up Nail Fetish at 2 Rockaway Avenue in Valley Stream using a handgun. The man took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled north on foot toward the nearby CVS parking lot on East Merrick Road, cops said.
No one was reportedly injured in the robbery.

The incident happened at 8:05 p.m. on Friday, cops said.
The subject is described as a white man, 40-50 years old, 5'3" to 5'6", wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, and a black mask.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
