Nassau County Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who stole jewelry and revealed a gun at a Green Acres Mall store.
Cops said the subject went to JC Penney in Valley Stream and took three boxes of women's jewelry valued at $60 without paying for them. When store security approached him, he motioned to his waistband that he had a gun before running away.
Police released the above security camera shot taken at 12:45 p.m. on March 14.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
