City residents allegedly seen cutting screen of North Woodmere house.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Two teenagers were arrested Friday afternoon after they allegedly tried to break into a North Woodmere home, according to police.

At around 1:31 p.m., Obadiah Lashley, 17, of Brooklyn, and an unnamed 15-year-old from Queens were seen ringing the front doorbell of a Strathmore Street residence, police said. They then allegedly cut the screen to a sliding glass door.
