Crime Watch: Cars Damaged, Burglarized Nearby

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

The Fourth Precinct reports the following incidents of larceny and mischief:

  • An unknown person(s) on Nov. 25 removed property from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Doughty Boulevard in Inwood.

  • An unknown person(s) on Nov. 27 caused damage to a vehicle that was parked at Green Acres Mall.

  • An unknown person(s) on Dec. 2 broke into a vehicle that was parked on Garland Lane in Valley Stream and took coins.

  • An unknown person(s) on Dec. 2 caused damage to a vehicle that was parked on Bayview Avenue in Inwood.
