Dina Lohan Pleads Not Guilty in DWI
Dina Lohan, the mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, appeared in a Hempstead courtroom on Tuesday and plead not guilty to a drunk driving charge before she was granted a supervised release, according to an article in Newsday.
Lohan surrendered her driver's license on Tuesday and then left the court in a chauffeured silver Rolls-Royce, Newsday reported.

Police issued a Silver Alert for a Valley Stream man Monday.
According to Nassau County Police, Michael McCrossin was last seen at 121 Wilson Road in Valley Stream at 10 p.m. Sunday before his disappearance. Cops said he left on foot and was possibly headed for Inwood.
Prostitution Arrests in Lynbrook
On September 18 at 10:30pm Shantol S Barrington 18, of Cambria Heights, was arrested and charged with prostitution in room 118 of Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn, 5 Freer St.
On September at 10:45pm Demetria Gregory 24, of Atlantic City, NJ was arrested and charged with prostitution in room 158 of Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn, 5 Freer St.
On September 18 at 11:00pm Michele Copeland 27, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with prostitution in room 136 of Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn, 5 Freer St.
Rockville Centre DWI, Assault- Mehdi Noori, 29, of Little Neck, was arrested on Sept. 13 at 3:24 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and a VTL violation following an investigation by police personnel on Merrick Road.
- Terrance D. Boles, 22, of Oceanside, was arrested on Sept. 14 at 12:42 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and VTL violations following an investigation by police personnel on Lenox Road.
- Joseph S. Lewis, 37, of Rockville Centre, was arrested on Sept. 15 at 11:25 p.m. for third-degree assault and third-degree menacing following an investigation by police personnel at his Meehan Lane residence.
Garden City DWI, Cocaine Arrest
On Sept. 11, Garden City detectives arrested a female 54-year-old from Shohola, PA for criminal contempt. The subject contacted a family member in Garden City on Aug. 30 in violation of a Nassau County Court stay away order.
On Sept. 11, upon their investigation, Garden City detectives arrested a female 60-year-old and a male 44-year-old, unknown addresses, for the theft of $200 from a bag belonging to a library patron on Sept. 6. The subjects took the bag from a rest room, removed the money and placed the bag in the library’s book drop.
On Sept. 13, Garden City detectives arrested a female 22-year-old and a male 31-year-old, both from Elmont, at the Nassau Boulevard train station for possession and sale of cocaine. The male 31-year-old was also charged with outstanding Nassau County warrants for marijuana possession and traffic offenses.
On Sept. 14, Officer Oswald observed a vehicle traveling north on Meadow Place in violation of a one-way sign. The driver, a male 28-year-old from Roosevelt, was arrested for aggravated DWI (.19 percent blood alcohol content), driving the wrong way on a one-way Street, unsafe turning, possession of marijuana and uninsured operation.
