According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:

• Karen D. Turner, 46, and Thomas J. Reese, 48, both of Hempstead, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 12
• Winsome L. Chang, 47, of St. Albans, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 14
• Yocely A. Perez, 37, of North Valley Stream, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 16
• Dawn Brown, 42, of Jamaica, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 16
• Sadrine Ellis, 29, of the Bronx, at the H&M in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 17
• Daniel Pierre, 39, of West Hempstead, at the Costco in North Lawrence on Dec. 17
• Devaugn Donnelly, 43, of Jamaica, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 18
• Pentheny M. Rodriguez-Freeman, 24, of St. Albans, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 18
• Rajwant Singh, 26, of Bellerose, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 18
• Celestina Leonardo, 46, and Rosanny M. Abreu, 42, both of Brooklyn, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 19
• Anthony L. Smalls, 46, of Inwood, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 19
• Renee Sampson, 21, of Brooklyn, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on Dec. 20
• Rolando M. Ellis, 49, of St. Albans, at the Burlington Coat Factory in North Lawrence on Dec. 20

According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with DWI:

• Jeffrey I. Estrada, 37, of Valley Stream, at Central Avenue and South State Parkway in North Valley Stream on Dec. 12
• Teddy R. Salguero, 43, of Woodhaven, on South Terrace Place in Valley Stream on Dec. 13
• Nelson A. Rodas, 22, of Far Rockaway, on Central Avenue in Lawrence on Dec. 13
• Michelle A. Smith, 33, of Queens Village, at Elmont Road and Southern State Parkaway in North Valley Stream on Dec. 14
