Fourth Precinct Report, Dec. 6-13

Police report arrests for DWI and shoplifting and incidents of theft.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • Douglas Feilich, 35, of Cedarhurst, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with DWI on Broadway in Hewlett.
  • Lyteshia Overstreet, 37, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with shoplifting boots and video games at the in North Woodmere.
  • Adrienne C. Morton, 43, of Queens, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with shoplifting assorted household items, children’s clothing and toy cars at the K-Mart in North Woodmere.

  • An unknown person(s) took a cell phone from the victim’s shopping cart at the on Peninsula Boulevard in Hewlett, a complainant reported to police on Dec. 9.
  • The victim, a deliveryman for , took an order valued at $168 on Dec. 11 to an address on Clayton Avenue in Atlantic Beach. The deliveryman was met by two unknown male suspects, who instructed him to play the food in the trunk of their dark colored SUV. The suspects then told the victim to collect payment from a woman inside the home at the delivery location. When the deliveryman attempted to get the money, the woman said she didn’t know about the delivery.
