Fourth Precinct Report, Jan. 16-25

Police report arrests for shoplifting and DWI and larcenies from autos.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:

  • A 16-year-old male subject from Jamaica at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on Jan. 16
  • Shanequa D. Felton, 23, of Saint Albans, and Shanae N. Monroe, 23, of Elmont, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on Jan. 17
  • Mikhail A. Zavurkov, 43, of Rego Park, at the Costco in North Lawrence on Jan. 17
  • Vartha Marcelin, 22, of Elmont, and Rachelle Desinore, 23, of Saint Albans, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on Jan. 17
  • A 16-year-old female subject from Jamaica and a 16-year-old female subject from Rosedale at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on Jan. 19
  • An unknown subject(s) stole a cell phone from the Verizon Wireless in North Lawrence on Jan. 22
  • Piotr Dziedzic, 30, of Ridgewood, at the Lowes in Meadowmere on Jan. 22

According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with DWI:

  • Keith M. Miles, 18, of Hewlett, on Mill Road in Hewlett on Jan. 16
  • Keith A. Vassallo, 23, of Valley Stream, at Sunrise Highway and Brookside Drive in Valley Stream on Jan. 16
  • Marla F. Eisenberg, 24, of Valley Stream, on South Central Avenue in Valley Stream on Jan. 17
  • Luis Rivera, 29, of Far Rockaway, at Rockaway Turnpike and Argyle Road in Cedarhurst on Jan. 19

The fourth Precinct reports the following larcenies from autos:

  • An unknown subject(s) between Jan. 12 and 17 stole a Bluetooth headset, jet pack and a GPS unit out of a vehicle that was parked on Stevens Place in Lawrence.
  • An unknown subject(s) between Jan. 18 and 19 took $10 out of a vehicle that was parked on Acapulco Street in Atlantic Beach.
  • An unknown subject(s) between Jan. 18 and 19 removed an iPod out of an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Acapulco Street in Atlantic Beach.
  • An unknown subject(s) between Jan. 18 and 19 stole a license plate off of a vehicle that was parked on West End Avenue in Inwood.
  • An unknown subject(s) between Jan. 19 and 20 took a checkbook and loose change out of a vehicle that was parked on Keene Lane in Woodsburgh.
  • An unknown subject(s) on Jan. 20 removed $10 from of a vehicle that was parked on Longworth Avenue in Woodmere.
