Arrests

• Marvin A. Ramirez, 44, of East Elmhurst, was arrested on July 6 and charged with shoplifting at the located at 253-01 Rockaway Turnpike in North Woodmere.
• Janene A. Victor, 27, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on July 8 and charged with DWI on Peninsula Boulevard in Woodmere.
• Sonya G. Huey, 46, of Richmond Hill, was arrested on July 12 and charged with shoplifting at the Michael's Craft Store at 253-01 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.
• Rupert Vanterpool, 48, of Brooklyn, was arrested on July 12 and charged with shoplifting at the Marshalls at 345 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.
• Aderonke O. Amusa, 32, of Jamaica, was arrested on July 14 and charged with shoplifting at the at 605 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.
• Samuel Wattree, 53, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on July 16 and charged with shoplifting at the Marshalls at 345 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.

Incidents

• An unknown person(s) on July 3 removed money and a GPS unit from a vehicle that was parked on Linwood Avenue in Cedarhurst.
• An unknown person(s) between July 3 and 4 took two GPS systems from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Linwood Avenue in Cedarhurst.
• An unknown person(s) on July 4 removed a patio umbrella from the backyard of a Causeway residence in Lawrence.
• An unknown person(s) on July 4 took two plants, two beach chairs, and 40 planting poles from the yard of a Fulton Street residence in Lawrence.
• An unknown person(s) between July 8 and 9 removed a GPS unit and money from two vehicles that were parked on Doughty Boulevard in Inwood.
• An unknown person(s) on July 9 broke the side passenger window of a vehicle that was parked on Lawrence Lane in North Lawrence.
• An unknown person(s) between July 9 and 11 removed $10 and two pairs of headphones from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Emerson Street in Woodmere.
• An unknown person(s) between July 10 and 11 took $2 from a vehicle that was parked on Green Place in Woodmere.
• An unknown person(s) between July 13 and 15 removed a bicycle from a detached garage on Locust Avenue in Cedarhurst.
• An unknown person(s) on July 14 took a radio from a vehicle that was parked on Bayswater Boulevard in Inwood.
