Fourth Precinct Report, Oct. 18-23

Police report arrests for shoplifting and DWI and an incident of theft.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:

  • Jamel J. Talbert, 35, of Springfield Gardens, at the Wal-Mart in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 16
  • Shaquanna Patterson, 29, of Far Rockaway, at the Old Navy in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 19
  • James J. Hankerson, 40, of Manhattan, at the Wal-Mart in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 19
  • Tquanna S. Brissett, 24, of Jamaica, at the Sears in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 20
  • Rashawn J. Davis, 23, of Hollis, at the Wal-Mart in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 22
  • Ruthy Edouard, 36, of Elmont, at the Wal-Mart in Green Acres Mall on Oct. 22
  • Rachel O. Pompeii, 34, of Far Rockaway, at the Wal-Mart in Green Acres Mall on Oct 22

According to the Fourth Precinct, the following individuals were arrested and charged with DWI:

  • Brian J. Molter at Central Avenue and Arkansas Drive in North Valley Stream on Oct. 19
  • James V. Gomez, 18, of West Hempstead, on Long Beach Road and Daly Boulevard in Oceanside on Oct. 21
  • Foster Baron III, 29, of Elmont, on Dauntless Parkway in Elmont on Oct. 21
  • Vanegas Carlos Mendez, 35, of Inwood, at Mill Road and Sunrise Highway in Valley Stream on Oct. 21
  • Labelson Valdez, 35, of East Rockaway, at Atlantic Avenue and Grant Avenue in East Rockaway on Oct. 21

An unknown person(s) on Oct. 21 removed a GPS unit from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Grant Avenue in Woodmere.
