Fourth Precinct Report, Sept. 5 to 11

Police report arrests for shoplifting and DWI and incidents of theft and mischief.

Arrests

  • Toni Mitchell, 27, of Long Beach, was arrested on Sept. 10 and arrested for shoplifting at the Marshalls at 345 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence.
  • The Fourth Precinct said the following people were arrested and charged with DWI:
    • Geronimo A. Ramirez, 31, of Rockville Centre, on Sept. 8 on Henrietta Avenue in Oceanside
    • Jessan R. Lugo, 29, of Oceanside, on Sept. 9 on Howard Place in Oceanside
    • Kyle Raynard Bailey, 22, of Rosedale, on Sept. 9 on Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach

Incidents

  • An unknown person(s) between Sept. 3 and 5 broke the front glass window of a store located on Broadway in Hewlett.
  • An unknown person(s) between Sept. 5 and 6 damaged the grass in multiple spots on the golf course at the at 1 Club Dr. in Hewlett Harbor.
  • An unknown person(s) on Sept. 6 took a stroller and an iPad from the front of an East End Avenue residence in Woodmere.
  • An unknown person(s) on Sept. 7 shattered the rear passenger window of a vehicle that was parked on Meadow Drive in Woodsburgh.
