Larceny from Auto

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 23 and 24 removed a GPS unit from a vehicle that was parked on Cedarwood Drive in Woodmere. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 23 and 24 took a wallet from a vehicle that was parked on Clearstream Avenue in Valley Stream.

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 24 and 25 removed money from a vehicle that was parked on Bermuda Street in Atlantic Beach. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 24 and 25 took sunglasses and a GPS unit from a vehicle that was parked on Crestwood Lane in Valley Stream. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

  • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 24 removed headphones and other items from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Fenwood Drive in Valley Stream.

  • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 26 stole an iPad, EZ Pass, credit cards and other items from a vehicle that was parked in the Target parking lot on Sunrise Highway.

  • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 27 removed an iPad from a vehicle that was parked in the Red Lobster parking lot on Sunrise Highway. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

  • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 28 stole the complainant's wallet from their vehicle, which was parked on Martens Avenue in Valley Stream.

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 27 and 28 took money and a TV from a vehicle that was parked on Albert Court in Valley Stream. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

  • An unknown suspect(s) between Sept. 28 and 29 broke the rear passenger window of a vehicle that was parked on Sheridan Boulevard in Inwood and removed tools.

  • The complainant told police on Sept. 30 that she parked her vehicle in the rear parking lot of Hollywood Fitness in North Lawrence and returned to find an unknown person(s) had broken the passenger window and removed a GPS unit, pocketbook and credit cards.

  • The complainant told police on Sept. 30 that she parked her vehicle in the rear parking lot of Hollywood Fitness in North Lawrence and returned to find an unknown person(s) had broken the driver's side window and removed her pocketbook and its contents.

  • Mischief

    • The complainant reported to police on Sept. 25 that the rear window of her vehicle was broken while it was parked Valley Stream Central High School.

    • The complainant reported to police that between Sept. 27 and 28 wet cement that was just poured on Muriel Avenue in Lawrence was damaged.

    • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 28 attempted to remove the complainant's bike from Quail Place in East Rockaway.

    • The complainant reported to police on Sept. 28 that the flag pole located at the edge of his Rhame Avenue property in East Rockaway was bent by an person(s) unknown.

    • An unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 28 attempted to break into a vehicle that was parked on Centre Avenue in East Rockaway, causing damage to the door.
