Incident of Theft From Auto and DWI Arrest, March 26 to April 2

Fourth Precinct also reports shoplifting arrests in Green Acres.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Jason Kreiss, 32, of Port St. Lucie, Fl., was arrested on March 27 and charged with DWI at Route 878 and Broadway in Lawrence.

An unknown suspect(s) between March 30 and 31 stole credit cards and personal papers out of a vehicle that was parked on Caryl Court in North Lawrence.

The Fourth Precinct said the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:

  • Matthew Mann, 34, of Rosedale, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on March 26
  • Lisa Vieux, 17, of Far Rockaway and Abigail Dwyer, 17, of Jamaica, at the H&M in Green Acres Mall on March 26
  • Oliver Bellamy, 76, of Jamaica, at the Home Depot in Green Acres Mall on March 27
  • Hans Toussaint, 41, of Queens Village, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on March 27
  • Sherley Nervil, 38, of Jamaica, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on March 28
  • Trishana White, 21, of East New York, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on March 30
  • Shanique Batson, 17, of Brooklyn, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on March 30
  • Maurice Green, 28, of Rosedale, at the H&M in Green Acres Mall on March 30
  • Katril Evans, 36, of Rosedale, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on April 1
  • Amanda Simon, 42, of Brooklyn, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on April 1
  • Jacqueline Murphy, 52, of East Rockaway, at the Kohl’s in Oceanside on April 1
  • Lechelle London, 30, of Brooklyn, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on April 1
