Mischief, Theft and Arrests for Shoplifting and DWI in the Five Towns, May 21-28

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

The Fourth Precinct reports the following incidents of theft and mischief:

  • An unknown suspect(s) between May 9 and 12 stole a bicycle from a shed in the back of an Albermarle Road home in Cedarhurst.
  • An unknown suspect(s) on May 25 broke the front windshield of a vehicle that was parked on Brookline Avenue in East Atlantic Beach.
  • An unknown suspect(s) on May 27 took two bicycle tires off of a bicycle that was parked at LIRR station at Doughty Boulevard and Redfern Avenue in Inwood

The Fourth Precinct reports that the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:
  • Zoe Gordon, 44, of Brooklyn, at the Costco in North Lawrence on May 22
  • Linda Andrews, 56, of Jamaica, at the Sears in Green Acres Mall on May 22
  • Rachel Miller, 23, of St. Albans, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on May 23
  • Diane Samuel, 51, of Far Rockaway, at the Loehmann’s on Broadway in Hewlett on May 25
  • David Jackson, 55, of the Bronx, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on May 26
  • Marisol Lopez, 46, of Booklyn, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on May 26

The Fourth Precinct reports that the following individuals were arrested and charged with DWI:
  • Manuel Flores, 45, of Inwood, at Lawrence Avenue and Pearl Street in Inwood on May 23
  • Stephanie Ciantro, 29, of Lynbrook, at Dubois Avenue and Cochran Place in Valley Stream on May 24
  • Carlton Allen, 36, of Freeport, at Sunrise Highway and Mill Road in Valley Stream on May 24
  • Jami Nebenzahl, 18, of East Rockaway, at Union Avenue and East Rockaway Road in Hewlett on May 27
  • Anthony Saponaro, 57, of Hewlett, on Long Beach Road in Island Park on May 27
