On May 28 at about 3:11 a.m., Fourth Precinct officers responded to Landmark Deli, at 148 Doughty Blvd., for a burglary in progress. The officers found that unknown subjects had entered the store through a broken side window and took several packs of cigarettes, cigars and juices, police said.

After an investigation, police arrested Jasmine Brownlee, 18, of Brooklyn, Christine Autry, 19, and a 16-year-old girl, both of Inwood, Patrick Gaudin, 18, of Jamaica, a 16-year-old Rosedale boy, and Oraine Dauswell, 20, of Rosedale.

The defendants are charged with third-degree burglary and will be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
