A 29-year-old man suffering from schizophrenia who was last seen in Woodmere is now missing, according to Nassau County Police.
Steven Montalvo, of Island Park, was last seen at 145 Irving Place on Sunday at 10:39 p.m., according to a Silver Alert issued sent out at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday. He was possibly headed to Harvest for the World on Prospect Avenue in Roosevelt.
Police say he has brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing glasses, but no further clothing description is available. Montalvo’s traveling means are unknown.

A Silver Alert is issued when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
