B"H decent photo but all those cameras and they can't get a clear face shot?

Doesn't that always seem to be the case? Even in movies and on TV!

Why aren't bank cameras mounted from below the customers face? It seems these are taken from the ceiling. The robbers are usually looking down to circumvent the cameras. The teller's desk view may be the right one.

When did Cedarhurst become "crime central" (no pun intended). All of a sudden, theres a huge crime wave hitting.

I remember the days you can walk around that town at 3 in the morning and not feel the least bit threaten or in harms way. Everday it seems like Im reading about robberies, burglaries, hold-ups, muggings. What is the town doing to put a stop to it before it becomes uninhabitable?
