Woodmere Woman Arrested for Sale of Narcotics

Nicole Goldenberg allegedly sold Oxycodone to a person back in May.

A Woodmere woman was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly selling Oxycodone to another individual back in May.

According to Nassau County detectives, on Friday, May 13, Nicole Goldenberg, 38, of Woodmere, was in possession of a quantity of Oxycodone and subsequently sold it to another person in the vicinity of Conklin Avenue and Broadway in Woodmere.

Goldenberg was arrested around 8:05 p.m. Tuesday night, police said. She is being charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Goldenberg will be arraigned on Wednesday at the First District Court in Hempstead.
