RESOLUTION - SURF RAKE/GRADING OF BEACHES AT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTIES BY PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE 2013 BEACH SEASON
(current rate $1650 per day – beach grading; $200 per hour – surf raking)
