RESOLVED, to publish legal notice in the Nassau Herald to hold Public Hearing on the Tentative 2013/2014 Budget and regular meeting to follow 

RESOLUTION - SURF RAKE/GRADING OF BEACHES AT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTIES BY PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE 2013 BEACH SEASON 

(current rate $1650 per day – beach grading; $200 per hour – surf raking)

RESOLVED, that Public Works is permitted to grade beaches/surf rake for the 2012 

beach season at the following rates: 

- beach grading - $ per hour 

- surf raking - $ per hour
