Bio: Dr. David Sussman has served on the Lawrence Board of Education for 17 years. A board certified urologic surgeon, he has a private practice in Brooklyn. Sussman was president of the professional staff at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, chairman of the Methodist Hospital Credentials Committee, and currently serves as a trustee on the board of directors of Nassau University Medical Center.

Education: Sussman graduated from Lawrence High School and earned a BS from SUNY Stony Brook University in 1970 and his medical degree from SUNY Downstate University in 1974.
