Nation's Largest Convention Center at Aqueduct? [POLL]

What do you think of Gov. Cuomo's plan to stimulate the economy through gambling?

With 3,000 hotel rooms, nearly 4 million square-feet and priced at $4 billion, the nation's largest convention center and casino could be coming to nearby Aqueduct racetrack in Queens.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo pushed for its development during his State of the State address this week, as part of a larger recommendation to stimulate the economy by growing gambling, The Huffington Post reports.

The New York Times, which features an artist's depiction of the proposed convention center, reports that it would replace Manhattan's Jacob Javits Center, and according to Newsday, some local politicians are concerned that the proposal could threaten plans to erect a casino at Belmont racetrack in Elmont.
