60 Lewis Ave., Atlantic Beach (SD 15) — This three-bedroom colonial with two and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 13 for $837,500.
1185 East Broadway, Hewlett (SD 14) — This co-op with one bathroom was sold on Aug. 14 for $83,500.

11 Steven Dr., Hewlett (SD 14) — This four-bedroom split with two and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 19 for $450,000.

587 Island Ave., Woodmere (SD 15) — This four-bedroom split ranch with two and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 19 for $640,000.

696 Hungry Harbor Rd., North Woodmere (SD 15) — This four-bedroom colonial with three and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 19 for $640,000.

906 Park Ct., North Woodmere (SD 14) — This four-bedroom high ranch with three bathrooms was sold on Aug. 19 for $330,000.

2144 Atlantic Blvd., Atlantic Beach (SD 15) — This three-bedroom ranch with two bathrooms was sold on Aug. 21 for $433,000.

113 Linden St., Woodmere (SD 15) — This five-bedroom colonial with three and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 23 for $730,000.

398 Woodmere Blvd., Woodmere (SD 14) — This four-bedroom colonial with two and a half bathrooms was sold on Aug. 23 for $460,000.
