The former Woodmere storefront of Five Towns Pharmacy, which shuttered in April after 73 years of business, is currently on the market for $3,900 a month.
The ground-floor 2,500 square-foot store, at 1019 Broadway, also includes the building’s basement and is located in an area with “prime high traffic and high visibility with plenty of parking,” according to a listing on MLSLI.
The second floor of the building is also available for rent at $4,400, with the owner willing to subdivide the 3,500 square-foot space.

Five Towns Pharmacy is adjacent to Woodmere Methodist Church, which held its last service service in June 2012. That building is also currently on the market.
