A free talk on Monday, Sept. 10th at 6pm titled, "Where Modern Science and Herbal Medicine Meet."

The Peaceful Presences Yoga & Massage Studio cordially invites you to attend a free talk at our studio given by The Center for Natural Care on Monday evening September 10th from 6:00 to 7:00pm.  The topic will be "Blending the Best of Both Worlds: Where Modern Science and Herbal Medicine Meet."

This evening we will explore the benefits of working with both modern science and ancient knowledge and we will also explore why so many of the American medical institutions are still very hesitant to accept the proven benefits of herbal preparations.
Dr. Zvi Herschman, M.D. and Mrs. Yafa Lamm, plant researcher and naturopath, have over 45 years of combined experience treating individuals with mild to severe or chronic health problems which were previously untreatable by traditional methods. Dr. Herschman excels in the diagnosis of very difficult cases. He is both an acupuncturist and an M.D. 
Mrs. Lamm has been engaged in intense research and testing on the ancient medicine of the Navajo Indians as well as the indigenous people of the American and Mexican Southwest. She is an herbalist in her own right.

Both Dr. Herschman and Mrs. Lamm welcome this opportunity to meet and share valuable knowledge with us. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the discussion.  They will also be available by appointment at the our studio on Thursday, 9/20 and Friday 9/28 between 8am-1pm.
