Dr. Joyce M. Bisso, Superintendent, will present a New York State School Boards Association Achievement Award to Board of Education members in recognition of their extensive time and effort to expand their governance knowledge and skills. 

Mrs. Kathleen Anderson, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Student Services, will introduce to the community the incoming Principals and the P - 12 Chairperson for Science.

Field Trip Schedule for approval. 

I.1.2 Field Trip Proposal - Varsity Lacrosse (LSS) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the proposed Varsity Boys' Lacrosse trip to Baltimore, Maryland in March, 2013. 

I.1.3 Field Trip Proposal - Varsity Track (LSS) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the proposed Varsity Girls' and Boys' trip to participate in the Penn Relays in April, 2013. 

I.1.4 Amendment to Budget to Reflect Additional Revenues (PJW) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education amend the 2012 - 2013 school district budget to reflect additional revenues. 

I.1.5 Resolution - Acceptance of Single Audit Report & Corrective Action Plan (PJW) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the Single Audit Report and Corrective Action Plan for Fiscal Year End June 30, 2012. 

I.1.6 Resolution - WMS Greenhouse Project (PJW) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the attached State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Resolution. 

I.1.7 Resolution - Technology Replacement Fund (PJW) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the attached resolution for the Technology Replacement Fund - authorization to expend. 

I.1.8 Resolution - Lead Evaluators (JMB) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the attached resolution naming the lead evaluators for the 2012 - 2013 school year. 

I.1.9 Impartial Hearing Officer (KA) 

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the attached resolution appointing Elise Kestenbaum as the Impartial Hearing Officer to hear and determine the matter concerning the identification, evaluation, educational placement and/or free appropriate public education of student #16854.

It is recommended that the Board of Education declare the equipment described in the attached memo as surplus equipment to be removed from the inventory for disposal.
