Lawrence repeated as Nassau County Conference III champions on Friday after defeating Plainedge by the final score of 54-21.

Tyler Fredericks led the way for the Golden Tornadoes with four touchdowns. Lawrence will now face the winner of the Suffolk Conference III final between Sayville and Westhampton for the Long Island championship.
