Just like the title states, it continues.
More of the same stuff, over and over. Right now my husband and I feel like we're living deja vu each and every weekend. We schedule to see a few houses and come home thinking, UGH!
It a marathon, for us at least. From the early mornings, driving everywhere, looking and inspecting all the properties to the best of our ability. Quite frankly, it's wearing us down.

We literally saw a house whose walls were falling down. And I said, "It has potential!" I must have thought the bubbles in the wall were an aesthetic, or just tired and not seeing the house clearly.

Reviews...here's what I mean.
You know how, when you're looking to buy an electronic or book and you can read the reviews? How awesome and time saving would it be to be able to review, online, an open house? You can already rate a realtor, which is great, but to be able to rate the house?
I really think this would be a game changer.
Imagine, selecting the house you want to see and reading the reviews of others who already saw it! A much more honest analysis of the house, that's what that would be! Then you could be better prepared when you walk in, and if you want to waste your time at all.
How can we get this off the ground? Because I have some STORIES!
