Tis the season and always the season for weddings. Shopping for your gown should be a stress-free time. You are never too early to shop, and if the wedding is planned within a few months, are never too late.

Keep your sense of style and personality in mind. You can never really make a bad choice — just choose what feels right. You are setting the tone and feeling of your event. After all, this is your show and you are the star!

Be open-minded and try new things, even if you are certain you wouldn’t like that silhouette. Most gowns on the hanger do not have appeal. On the body, however, it takes a new life and form.

The worst thing is you do not like it OR you become so surprised that you do like it and it becomes the one. Not everyone gets the balloon popping from the ceiling feeling when choosing their gown. Sometimes you might have to revisit after the first try to know that it is the one. Just have fun and enjoy the moment, because the moment comes and goes.
