DWI Arrest, Mischief in the Five Towns, May 14-21

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Linton Walker, 67, of Laurelton, was arrested on May 14 and charged with DWI at Mill Road and Sidney Place in Valley Stream.

Jillian Grant, 27, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on May 17 and charged with DWI at Doughty Boulevard and Morris Avenue in Inwood.

An unknown suspect(s) on May 17 damaged the lock of a shed on Ocean Point Avenue in Cedarhurst. No losses were reported

An unknown suspect(s) between May 19 and 20 damaged the rear passenger side window of a vehicle that was parked on Doughty Boulevard in Lawrence.

An unknown suspect(s) on May 20 damaged the stereo system and stole money out of a vehicle that was parked at the Green Acres Mall.

The Fourth Precinct said the following individuals were arrested and charged with shoplifting:

  • Yoanna Maldonado, 33, of Jamaica, at the JC Penney in Green Acres Mall on May 14
  • Jenny Pierre, 30, of Elmont, at the Target in Green Acres Mall on May 14
  • Keneefa Bennett, 32, of Woodhaven, at the Old Navy in Green Acres Mall on May 15
  • Cody Hinds, 17, of Cambria Heights, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on May 15
  • Brelnis Diaz-Mercado, 23, of Rockville Centre, at the Kohl’s in Green Acres Mall on May 17
  • Tracey Adolphus, 28, of Prospect Heights, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on May 18
  • Kemar Grant, 22, of Springfield Gardens, at the Walmart in Green Acres Mall on May 20
  • Fanis Abreu, 48, of Valley Stream, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on May 20
  • Rajwantie Ramessar, 43, of Richmond Hill, at the Macy’s in Green Acres Mall on May 21
Elijah W. Beecham, 22, of Inwood, was arrested on May 25 and charged with disorderly conduct at Minnesota Avenue in Long Beach and West Beech Street.
